Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale, customized products, or gift cards.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@catpie.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or design, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@catpie.com with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right!
